DRM content protection
What is DRM feature?
DRM stands for Digital Rights Management. We currently provide DRM on audio and video content for creators subscribed to pro plan. DRM enabled content are encrypted with Google Widevine DRM (Same as used by likes of Netflix, Hotstar etc) and can’t be downloaded and played in other players.
Why is my DRM-enabled content in ‘processing’ status?
Once an audio or video file is enabled for DRM, it will be encrypted and prepared for our the special player. This will take a few minutes or even longer depends on the content length.
What format of subtitle file do you support on DRM-enabled content?
You can upload the poster image and one subtitle file to DRM-enabled content. The subtitle file must be in .vtt format.
